Treatment Tank
There are eight treatment tanks, including one copper tank and one post tank, in the treatment plant, and each treatment tank is modified with same instruments and valves as follows. Storage Tank
Four storage tanks, including two acid tanks and two alkali tanks, are related to our project. Each storage tank is modified with same instruments and valves as follows. The draft of the modification of the storage tanks is shown as Fig below.

Sedimentation Tank of Chemical Treatment
The waste chemicals are pumps to two sedimentation tanks to sediment the sludge after treatment. The two sedimentation tanks are modified as one group as follows. The draft of the modification of the sedimentation tanks of chemical treatment is shown as Fig below.

Sedimentation Tank of Copper Treatment
The waste copper solution is pumps to the sedimentation tanks to cool the solution and sediment the sludge after treatment in copper tank. The sedimentation tank of copper treatment is modified as follows. The draft of the modification of the sedimentation tanks of cooper treatment is shown as Fig below.

Filter Press
The sludge in sedimentation tank is pumped to filter press to de-water. The filter press is modified as follows. The draft of the modification of the filter press is shown as Fig below.

Sampling Pumps
In our modification project, three sampling pumps and one disposal pump are installed in the front of the treatment plant, and the detailed information of installation are listed as follows. Control Room
One control room with air condition is built near the treatment plant before modification project. The PLC system and personal computer for control and smart laboratory system, which has been tested in the laboratory, are installed in the control room. After installation of automatic valves, pumps and instruments in the treatment plant is finished, all the power and signal wires of the valves, pumps and instruments are connected to the terminals of PLC system through a control panel. The sampling pipes from the sampling pumps are connected to the smart laboratory system.
