  • Only paid papers shall be included in the proceedings.
  • Papers which are not presented during the conference (no show) would not be published in IEEE XploreŽ.
  • Please note that each member/non-member registration payment entitles each author to a maximum of 2 presentations at the conference. Each student registration payment is entitled to only 1 presentation.
  • Each additional page is charged at USD 100.00.
  • Each additional paper is charged at USD 250.00.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organiser or its appointed PCO should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the nonappearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

Payment Details
  • Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Master), or cheque/bank draft. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be "Integrated Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd".
  • All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "INTEGRATED MEETINGS SPECIALIST PTE LTD" and mail to the conference secretariat (please see mailing address below). Kindly indicate your name, contact number and name of the conference (CIS-RAM 2006) at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
  • Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
  • Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Registration is NOT transferable.
  • If you are using another person's credit card to make online payment, please complete the CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM and fax it back to the secretariat at (65) 6295 5792 in order for the payment to be processed and confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
  • A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 7 May 2006.
  • There will be no refund for cancellations made after 7 May 2006.
  • Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.
  • Refunds (if any) will be made after the conference.
  • Request for registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference secretariat.
