Participants' Criteria

To be eligible, participants:
- must be Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore
- must be employed
- achieve 75% attendance
- pass all required assessments
- Complete all 3 phases of the programme

Company Human Resource’s Obligations

1. Ensure sponsored trainee completed one module within the WSQ Certified Associate Operations Executive Programme (WSQ AOE) within 3 months from the start of ICD-PRO programme. The cost of this WSQ AOE is paid separately by the company to the training organisation. For more information on courses, please click here.

2. Trainees are to serve a Minimum Service Period of 9 months bonded to the sponsored company, upon completion of the project

3. Trainees to be given at least 5% wage increment, upon the completion and subjected to satisfactory performance of the employee
