Online Registration

The on-line registration system provides you a convenient way to

• Enter your personal registration information
• Select the registration fees
• Make on-line credit card payment (VISA or MasterCard)
• Receive payment confirmation

Please note that

• You need to get a new ID for registration from the on-line system if you have not done so.
• The online registration system does not allow you to make any changes or new additions after registration payment.
• You are strongly encouraged to register early to enjoy lower fees and to avoid any delay in your conference registration.

Offline Registration

Although we encourage you use online registration as described above, we also accept offline registration.

Please download and fill up the registration form in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat PDF.

Note that

• Registration payment shall be made by cheques / bank draft.
• All cheques / bank draft should be made payable to "Nanyang Technological University".
• Kindly indicate your name, contact number and name of the conference (IEEE Region 10 Infocom Colloquium on Broadband Access—Technology and Market) at the back of the cheque/ bank draft.
• Only cheques drawn from a Singapore bank is acceptable.
• Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation Policy

• A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat on or before 21 Sep 2004.
• Refunds will only be made after the conference.
• Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organiser.
