  1. The student must be the first author but the paper may be co-authored with faculty member (s) and/or other student(s).


  2. The proposal must have been accepted for presentation at the conference.


  3. The application for the award must be accompanied by a supporting letter in which a faculty member at the home institution affirms that the applicant conducted the research. Please fax the supporting letter with the LoginID and title of the paper to the Award Committee Chairperson at (+65) 67912274.


  4. Paper submission including the SPA application materials must be received by the Awards Committee Chairperson before the paper submission deadline.
