1. Student registration entitles to present one (1) accepted paper only and requires proof of enrolment in full-time study

2. Delegate Member / Non-Member registration entitles to present up to two (2) accepted papers with an extra charge of SGD200 per additional paper and a maximum of four (4) papers in these categories is allowed.

3. Only one type of membership discount is applicable to the Delegate registration. Members of IEEE, IEE and AMBIS will be able to enjoy this privilege.

Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or bank draft. In order to avoid unnecessary transactions, please be aware that there are administrative costs from most banks or credit card companies. These costs does not form part of the registration fee.

Bank Draft Payment Details

1. All bank drafts should be made payable to “Nanyang Technological University” and mail to the secretariat. Kindly indicate your name, contact details and name of the conference (ICBPE 2006) at the back of the bank draft.

2. Only bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted and sent to:

Credit Card Payment Details

1. Please note that the merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “Integrated Meetings Specialist Pte Ltd”.

2. If you are using another person's credit card to make online payment, please complete the CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION FORM and fax it back to the secretariat at (65) 6356 7471in order for the payment to be processed and confirmed.

3. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment and it is non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

1. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat before 1st October 2005.

2. There will no refund for cancellations made after 1st October 2005.

3. Registration fee with an accepted paper cannot be refunded.

4. All refunds (if any) will be made only after the conference and all service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
