The conference will only consider high quality papers from authors who have demonstrated excellent innovation and research in various aspects of biomedical engineering. These awards are given with the intent to recognise contributions of authors to science and engineering in the advancement of medicine and healthcare. Two categories of awards will be presented in the coming conference.

1. Young Investigator Awards [YIA]

All participants under the age of 35 working in the biomedical engineering field are invited to apply. Each presenting winner will receive a certificate and memorial. The young investigator must be the first author and have significant contributions to the submitted paper. The awards will be presented at the end of the conference. 2. Outstanding Paper Awards [OPA]

These awards are presented to authors who have demonstrated excellent research work and have clearly communicated the results of the research in a clear and concise manner either in the poster format or during the oral presentation. Each presenting winner will receive a certificate for the awarded paper. The awards will be presented at the end of the conference. For more information, please click here.

3. Student Paper Awards [SPA]

The ICBPE Student Paper Award is initiated to encourage greater participation of students in scientific presentation and to honour excellent scholarship efforts. The award is given for an outstanding student paper which needs not be based on a dissertation. All forms of research, including conceptual papers, are welcomed.
