The organizing committee of ICBPE 2006 would like to invite your organization to consider joining us through taking up a sponsorship position or an exhibition table top at the event. There are several options for your organization to consider in this respect. Do feel free to contact the conference secretariat at registration@inmeet.com.sg for more information. The following categories of sponsorship are available for you to select your involvement in this event.

A.   Gala Dinner Sponsorship (S$10,000.00)

This sponsorship entitles you to the following:
  1. Signage

    2. Prominent logo display at the dinner venue

  2. Dinner Passes

    3. Two (2) complimentary dinner passes for your company’s staff/guests

  3. Advertisement

    4. One half-page advertisement space printed in the Program & Abstract book, which will be distributed to all participating delegates.

  4. Web link

    5. Feature of your company’s logo on the conference website and hyperlink to your company’s website

  5. Promotional Inserts

    6. Insertions of your company’s promotional brochure (maximum of four A4-pages) in the conference kit, which will be distributed to all participating delegates.

  6. Conference Passes

    7. Two (2) complimentary conference passes to all sessions and all social events including welcome reception dinner and banquet dinner.

  7. Company’s Logo on Banner

    8. Logo display at the main plenary hall back-drop/banner.

  8. Exhibition Table Top

    9. One (1) unit of exhibition table top for displaying company products or services

B.  Welcome Reception Sponsorship  (S$7,500.00)

This sponsorship entitles you to the following:

  1. Signage

    2. Prominent logo display at the dinner venue

  2. Advertisement

    3. One half-page advertisement space printed in the Program & Abstract book, which will be distributed to all participating delegates.

    4. Feature of your company’s logo on the conference website and hyperlink to your company’s website

  4. Promotional Inserts

    5. Insertions of your company’s promotional brochure (max. 4pages, A4) in the conference kit, which will be distributed to all participating delegates.

  5. Conference Passes

This sponsorship entitles you to the following:

  1. Company logo on Conference Bag

    2. size of the logo is subjected to organizing committee’s agreement

  2. Advertisement

    3. One half-page advertisement space printed in the Program & Abstract book, which will be distributed to all participating delegates.

    4. Feature of your company’s logo on the conference website and hyperlink to your company’s website

  4. Promotional Inserts
