| Grand Plaza Parkroyal Hotel has been assigned as the official hotel for APBC 2005 conference accommodation. Accommodation has been reserved at preferential rates. Rooms will be offered on a "first come first served basis". | ||||||

| Hotel Booking Registration | ||||||
| Please download the registration form, print, complete and fax to the Reservations Department [+65 6339 6202] before 15 December 2004. | ||||||
| Check-in Time | ||||||
| Check-out time is 1200 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out till 1800 hours is at the applicable day use rates and check-out after 1800 hours is at full day charge, subject to room availability | ||||||
| Reservation Guarantee | ||||||
| All reservations must be guaranteed by a one-night room rate advance deposit by use of major credit cards. For credit card guarantee, The Hotel requires written information to include name of cardholder as it appears on card, the card number, card expiry date and signed authorization by the cardholder. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 1200 hours on the following day of the confirmed arrival date. | ||||||
| No Show | ||||||
| All guaranteed reservations that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date with the Hotel's reservation department, or any no-shows on the scheduled arrival date will be charged at the confirmed rate, i.e. the one night room deposit is forfeited for each individual room cancellation or no-show. Space for subsequent nights will be released for resale. | ||||||
| Complimentary Transfer | ||||||
| The Hotel will provide daily 2 way coach shuttle transfer at a given designated timing from Hotel to Conference Venue to Hotel during the actual event period only. | ||||||
