STATEMENT BY TRUSTEES
In the opinion of the Trustees,
(a) the consolidated financial statements of the Group and the statement of financial position and statement of
changes in funds and reserves of the University Company as set out on pages 20 to 81 are drawn up so as to
give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Group and of the University Company as at 31 March 2015,
and of the results, changes in funds and reserves and cash flows of the Group and of the changes in funds and
reserves of the University Company for the financial year from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015; and
(b) at the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to believe that the University Company will be able to
pay its debts when they fall due.
