I did not receive the invitation. However, I would like to register for the dinner how do I proceed?

If I already registered and I wish to change- to add or to de-register, how should I do this?
You can e-mail us at WKWSCI20Anniv@ntu.edu.sg – in your subject you should indicate 20th Anniversary registration. Please have your registration sent to us by 7 May 2012.
Can I purchase tickets at the event itself?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are available from the Dinner page.
How do we make payment for the dinner?
To purchase dinner tickets, please fill in the “20th Anniversary Dinner Tickets Purchase Form” and mail the completed form to the following address:

Alternatively, send the scanned copy of the completed form to WKWSCI20ANNIV@ntu.edu.sg.
If you are paying by cheque, please mail the cheque to WKWSCI together with the completed form.
Cheques should be made payable to Nanyang Technological University.
All completed forms should reach the School by 7th May 2012.
A confirmation receipt will be sent you via email by 9th May 2012.
You will be issued a reference number in the Receipt.
How do I make payment by cheque?

Why do I have to fill up a form to make payment instead of making payment online?
Unfortunately at this time the university's only payment system is unable to provide support for fund raising events.
This is also to ensure security when processing payment.
Is there tax deduction since all proceeds go towards the endowment fund?
The Singapore Government provides for a tax deduction of 2.5 times of all donations made by individuals and organisations. If the allowable tax deduction exceeds your income, you may carry forward unused deductions for up to five years.
Do take note for purchase of tables, tax-exemption is only applicable to the person who made the payment.
What are the types of food served at the Anniversary Dinner?
The guests can choose from either a fish, chicken or vegetarian meal. Please note that all food served at the Dinner is Halal certified.
