» Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit their full-paper electronically via the hyperlink at the bottom of this page. Please note that abstract submission will not be considered and the deadline for the paper submission is 1st June 2006. The paper will be reviewed and the corresponding author will be notified of the acceptance by 22nd August 2006.
Authors are requested to read through the following submission instructions before submitting their paper online.
Submission Instructions:

Authors are advised to follow IEEE double-column format for ICBPE as described. The first page of the paper should include the paper title (centered on the top below the top margin) and an abstract. Please adhere strictly to page settings and margin requirements. The committee reserves the right not to accept papers that do not adhere to the format.

Papers are to be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) only. An abstract of the paper in plain ASCII text should also be provided with the submission.

All papers need to be written in English and only six (6) camera-ready pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. However, authors have the option to publish their paper(s) with additional page(s) at an extra charge of SGD100 per page. The maximum number of additional pages allowed is two (2) for each paper.

Do take note that on a single Delegate registration, an author can present a maximum of two (2) papers only. If the author wishes to present more than 2 papers, please be aware that an extra charge of SGD200 per additional paper and up to a maximum of 4 papers per Delegate registration will apply.

For a Student registration, it entitles the student to present only one (1) accepted paper and no additional paper can be allowed. To qualify for this registration fee, a proof of enrollment in full-time study is required.

After submission of your paper, please register and make payment for the conference registration fee to attend the conference. The early bird rate is applicable till 15th September 2006.
