Joel Ng

Joel Ng is an Associate Research Fellow at the Centre for Multilateralism Studies, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University. His research interests include energy security, the discourse and politics of humanitarian intervention, governance and rule of law, and conflict studies. His most recent research projects have focused on governance, regional securitisation, the rule of law, human rights in ASEAN and the African Union. Joel has a BA (Hons.) Development Studies from the University of East Anglia and a MA (Distinction) International Relations from the University of Sussex. He previously worked in communications for a Singaporean investor relations firm and a Ugandan refugee legal aid organisation.
