Long-Horned Beetle (also known as longicorn or wood-boring beetle) is from the Cerambycidae family. These beetles have long antennae, some as long as 3 times their body length. They are found throughout the world and some species are known to feed on pollen while others on leaves or bark. The larvae of such beetles are wood-borers and feed on dead or living wood. This particular beetle was 5cm in length (excluding length of its antennae).
