• Teaching graduate and undergraduate level courses in the areas of Logistics, Supply-chain management and Operations Research.

• Technical lead for the Factory Capacity Analysis and Throughput Management sub-systems of WORKS--one of the most advanced object-oriented and client-server based semiconductor manufacturing control system.
• Involved with the requirement analysis of the system. Also worked on the design and development of the system.

• Part of Systems Development Group at Citibank Nevada.
• Worked as part of the team responsible for development and maintenance of software systems (CICS, Adabase and PL/I) supporting customer services operations of the company.

• Engineer-in-charge: supervised a staff of 20 Technicians and Junior Engineers.
• Designed and implemented computerized system for reporting monthly calibration status of measuring instruments in the metrology lab.
• Developed a 5 year modernization plan for the lab: convinced management to buy state-of-art equipment to improve customer confidence in company's products.
• Underwent one year training in "Statistical Quality Control, Operations Research & Reliability."
