Gen Z Careers in Aviation Day
By Women in Aviation Singapore Chapter Ltd (WAI-SG)

Gen Z Careers in Aviation Day aims to inspire youths and young adults aged 17 to 28 to explore careers in aviation. This outreach program will share insights on industry trends, highlight diversity and inclusion, and present internship and entry-level opportunities from our corporate sponsors.

Participants will benefit from informative sessions, interactive recruitment booths, mentoring workshops, and networking activities. Our goal is to impact 300 youths and young adults from various institutions of higher learning (IHLs), with a goal of having up to 50% female attendee.
