As a leading biomedical sciences commercial hub at the heart of Asia, Singapore’s pro-business environment have drawn many pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms to set up here to serve patients from around the globe. With a deep base of skilled workforce, complemented with the ability to attract world-class talent, strong manufacturing capabilities and a thriving research ecosystem, Singapore’s potential is for the taking. And you can be part of this growing industry.

Look out for these organisations as they are poised to present opportunities for you to take that step forward:

How About A Step Into Biologics Manufacturing?

Consider embarking in the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals, an 18-month talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand,

Introduced last year by Workforce Singapore, this is a Train-and-Place programme with commitment to hire. As Singapore continues to attract the world’s top Biopharmaceuticals companies to locate their manufacturing plants here, talents will be needed to be equipped with the latest skillsets to take on these jobs.

Being new entrants, trainees will be equipped with necessary competencies to embark on a career in the Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry. Acquisition of skills is done through a combination of facilitated classroom training and structured on-the-job training for trainees to take on manufacturing related job roles within the industry.

Application and hiring are ongoing. Learn more about the programme outline and details here.

If you would like to learn more and prepare for interviews in the Biomedical Sciences and Healthcare, Building & Construction and Water & Environment industries, feel free to arrange a consultation session with me via the link or QR code below!
