18-month talent development programme aimed at building the next generation
of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry
in anticipation of hiring demand, Introduced last year by Workforce
Singapore, this is a Train-and-Place programme
with commitment to hire. As Singapore continues to attract the world’s top
Biopharmaceuticals companies to locate their manufacturing plants here,
talents will be needed to be equipped with the latest skillsets to take on
these jobs. Being new entrants, trainees will be equipped with necessary
