Abstract:
I will talk about two data sets: one is
about childhood leukemia; the other is about ovarian cancer. The first
one is gene expression profiling data for subtype classification, and
the latter is proteomic-profiling data for diagnosis.
I will also talk about how our rule-based computational algorithms are
used for data analysis on these two data sets.
