Admission to Undergraduate Courses for
International Students


1. International students must have completed at least 12 years of general education to be considered for admission. The more common qualifications that we consider for admission are:

  • Certificate of Secondary Education, Vietnam
  • GCE Advanced Level qualifications offered by Cambridge or Oxford universities
  • Higher School Certificate offered by Mauritius, Myanmar, Philippines
  • International Baccalaureate
  • Mathayom 6, Thailand
  • Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)
  • SMU Ujian Akhir Nasional (UAN), Indonesia
  • Standard XII, India
  • Unified Examination Certificate (UEC), Malaysia

2. In addition to fulfilling the minimum entry requirements, you must also satisfy the special subject requirements for the following courses:

Applications for admission to undergraduate courses for academic year 2003-04 have closed. Application for admission to academic year 2004-05 commencing July 2004 would be opened in October 2003.
