How to collect my keys to the apartment?

You may proceed to our office at NTU Admin Annexe, Level 3 to collect your keys if you are arriving during our office hours, which is from Monday to Thursday is 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday is 8.30am to 5.15pm and Saturday is 8.30am to 1pm.

If you are arriving after our office hours or public holiday, you may ask a friend to collect your keys on your behalf.

How to get to NTU from Changi Airport?

If this is your first time in Singapore, we recommend that you take a taxi. It is the fastest and most convenient way to get to the NTU. The taxi stand is just outside the Arrival Hall. The approximate taxi fare to NTU is S$30 and the ride takes approximately 40 minutes.

Alternatively, you may choose to take the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system. The Changi MRT station is located outside the Arrival Hall in Terminal 2. If you are coming from Terminal 1, please board the skytrain from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 and follow the signs to the station. You should alight at the Boon Lay MRT Station and take bus service number 179 or 199 to NTU. The journey by MRT and bus from the airport to NTU takes about 1.5 hours and the total fare is approximately S$3.
