IERC is designing and develop new production pipelines and methodologies for innovating traditional cel animation into a fully digital process that can save significant productrion time. IERC's art team, Russell Pensyl, Anil Damodoran, Cao Youfang and Eddie Chinghave completed these cuts for air in the new series, Justeen, in Japan in 2008.

Our animation production project is a joint-venture between Anime International Company (AIC) in Tokyo, Nanyang Technological University, School of Computer Engineering (SCE) Singapore and Mr. Johnny Lau, creator of Singapore best selling comics character Mr Kiasu.

“Justeen” is a new amime series to be broadcast in Japan in 2008. IERC collaborates on the animation production, pipeline design and the develop of CACAni as a functional toolset for revolutionizing the 2D cell animation industry.
