The account application service works only for Singapore mobile phones. It does not work for foreign mobile phones. Visitors to NTU who do not have a Singapore mobile phone can request their host in NTU to apply for accounts on their behalf by contacting helpdesk. Event organizers at Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) can request NEC front desk staff to assist in providing accounts to their visitors.

Please note that mobile numbers used for such purpose will be tracked and recorded by us for auditing purposes.
