Submit Endorsed FYP Subsidy Claim Form (and supporting Receipts) to Mdm Lim at Level 2 General Office. 3 May 2010 (Mon)

Submit the revised softcopy of your final FYP report to DR-NTU . If you have any hardcopy supplementary materials (CDs, DVDs, Photojourn books, Feature Articles etc.), submit them personally by hand to ACRC .

Submission Deadline
All FYP material reports and collateral material are due no later than 12.00noon on Thursday March 25, 2010. FYP report and material should be submitted to Mdm Lim at Level 2 General Office. Each FYP report and all supporting material should be clearly labelled with the Project ID, Project Title, Students' Names and the Names of the Supervisor(s).

Late Policy
The penalty for late submissions is to deduct 5 points per day late off of the final grade. The weekend will count as two days. Groups who submit their media on time and re-submit new copies after the deadline are subject to the late policy. The late penalty may be waived in the event of serious illness, death or other events beyond the students' control. The FYP committee, in consultation with the FYP supervisor and Sub-Dean, will approve the waiver and set a later deadline.
