Prior to joining NTU, Ms. Draper was an editor and producer at a company in the US which specialised in corporate promotions and training videos. |

She served as the Communications Director for a national non-profit organisation in the US and organized educational programmes and a training series at the Institute for Research on Women and Gender at Stanford University. |

Her video and film projects cover a range of topics, including desegregation in the Southern United States, abortion history in the state of Delaware, strategies for police officers responding to domestic violence calls, and gay life in rural America. |
