   Research, Teaching and Professional Experience
Prior to joining NTU, Ms. Draper was an editor and producer at a company in the US which specialised in corporate promotions and training videos.
She served as the Communications Director for a national non-profit organisation in the US and organized educational programmes and a training series at the Institute for Research on Women and Gender at Stanford University.
Her video and film projects cover a range of topics, including desegregation in the Southern United States, abortion history in the state of Delaware, strategies for police officers responding to domestic violence calls, and gay life in rural America.

  Selected Works
(2005) Bachelor Farmer. Documentary. 57 mins. Screened at the following festivals and venues - NewFest: New York Gay and Lesbian Film Festival and the Northwest Film Forum, Seattle Washington. Reel Affirmations, Washington D.C. Gay and Lesbian Film Festival and the Seattle Gay and Lesbian Film Festival where it won a jury award. Curated for the 2006 Documentary Fortnight at the Museum of Modern Art, New York, New York. Broadcast on Logo/MTV from 2006 to 2007. USA: Stick Pony Rodeo Productions. (Producer/Director).
