   Research, Teaching and Professional Experience
Dr. Chua joined NTU in 2005. Prior to this appointment, he was Assistant Professor and Academic Program Content Manager with Universitas 21 Global (U21), a joint-venture between Thomson Learning and U21, a consortium of 16 research-intensive universities. At U21G, he won the Inaugural Faculty Research Award for his research contribution.
His current research interests lie in communities of practice, knowledge management strategy, leadership and online education.
Besides having completed a number of consultancy projects with large organizations, he has published in a number of journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Intellectual Capital and International Journal of Information Management.
