| Research, Teaching and Professional Experience |

Dr. Chua joined NTU in 2005. Prior to this
appointment, he was Assistant Professor and Academic Program
Content Manager with Universitas 21 Global (U21), a joint-venture
between Thomson Learning and U21, a consortium of 16 research-intensive
universities. At U21G, he won the Inaugural Faculty Research
Award for his research contribution. |

His current research interests lie in communities of
practice, knowledge management strategy, leadership and
online education. |

Besides having completed a number of consultancy projects
with large organizations, he has published in a number
of journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal
of Intellectual Capital and International Journal of Information
Management. |
