Welcome to R3C, we are a research centre hosted by Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute (NEWRI) of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. The aim is to act as a pre-eminent and industry preferred centre of competence for use-inspired residues and resource reclamation research, development and translation in Singapore and the Asia and Pacific region.
