World's first Kauffman Campus outside of the USA: Globally advancing entrepreneurship and innovation education.

Director's Welcome Message

The Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) offers leading graduate, undergraduate and professional entrepreneurship and innovation education programs in East Asia. NTC was established in January of 2001 as a joint venture between Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore's premier technology university, and the Singaporean government's statutory board, the Economic Development Board.

Our graduate students travel to technologically advanced regions in Singapore, the United States and mainland China. As we continue to expand our global network, NTC students may benefit from a uniquely rich exposure to the rapidly evolving entrepreneurial business cultures of both eastern and western countries.

Identifying NTU/NTC as an international benchmark for entrepreneurship and innovation education, the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and NTU have launched the first Kauffman Campus outside of the United States on December 18th, 2008. This will allow NTU/Kauffman scholars from all walks-of-life to engage each other in discovering what it means to design and initiate innovative entrepreneurial ventures, identify and commercialize intellectual property, develop professional business plans, and attract venture capital.

Entrepreneurship and technological innovation are the catalysts for economic growth. NTC has become globally acknowledged to be at the forefront of idea generation, technology entrepreneurship and innovation education.
