The delegates can choose Shangri-la Hotel,Harbin to enjoy group price. During the conference, shuttle buses will be arranged between the hotel and the conference venue. The transportation details will be announced before the conference.

Being a international 5 star hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin sits in downtown area by the scenic Songhua River and overlooks the Central Business District. It takes about 35 minutes(￥120yuan) from the airport to the hotel by car. It takes about 15 minutes(￥15yuan) from the train station to the hotel by car. It takes about 25 minutes(￥25yuan) from Shangri-la Hotel to conference venue by car.
