Delegates registered for VRCAI2004 will have free accesses to the co-located conference GRAPHITE2004 except tutorial sessions. Delegates will receive conference program books and proceedings (book and CDs). Delegates will have morning and afternoon teas and lunches during the conference days. Fully registered delegates will receive tickets for conference dinner/banquet . The student rate includes all the above except the proceedings and the conference dinner. Everything else will be included. Proceedings will be on sale at a price to be determined later. A cancellation fee of S$100 will be charged if the cancellation is made in writing before the conference day. Registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. |
