Call for Student Volunteers!

VRCAI2004 represents a diverse community of academics, industry professionals, and artists in computer graphics, interactive techniques, virtual reality and its application.

The
Student Volunteers program offers selected students the opportunity to become an integral part of the conferences. This invaluable learning experience presents opportunities to meet and learn directly from computer graphics and VR industry professionals, teachers, and artists. Simultaneously, Student Volunteers assist conference attendees and support conference programs and events, like putting up signs for venues, manning the exhibition booth, transportation liaising, etc.
As Student Volunteers, you have admission to all programs, including presentations, tutorials, panels, electrical theatre, exhibition, etc. Overseas students may travel to Singapore at their own cost, but both local and overseas students will be provided free accommodation in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) student hostels for the week from 14th June 04 to 19th June 04.

Student volunteer positions are open to tertiary students, local and overseas.

To apply, please send a short CV to

Vincent at vincent_chow@pmail.ntu.edu.sg

Together with a recommendation letter from academic counsellors or supervisors to certify that you are bona fide students.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working, self-starting, independent, enthusiastic students who are excited about VRCAI 2004.

I look forward to welcoming you to NTU, Singapore and hope you'll join us for a whole new Student Volunteer experience at VRCAI 2004!
