A) A*STAR GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

The AGS is a collaboration between A* STAR Graduate Academy (A*GA) and the Graduate Schools of NUS and NTU. It offers a "4+2" scholarship - comprising a four-year PhD study tenable at either National University of Singapore or Nanyang Technological University, and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship (PDF)* in one of the top overseas universities or research laboratories in the scholar's chosen field. The PhD degree is awarded by either University. Areas covered include Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering.

B) A*STAR INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS (IGS)

The Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), in collaboration with the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is pleased to introduce the International Graduate Scholarships (IGS) programme. Under this scheme, outstanding undergraduate students from Iranian universities can undertake graduate studies at the Master's level at NUS, NTU and their partner institutions. PhD level studies may be tenable upon completion and distinction in the Master's programme.

It is open to students from Iranian universities, including Amir Kabir University of Technology, Isfahan University of Technology, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services, Sharif University of Technology, Shiraz University , Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and Tehran University .

We are pleased to inform you that the SINGA application is now open from 1 November 07 to 1 March 08 for the August 08 intake to the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, NTU. The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS). SINGA brings together top scientists from A*STAR, NTU, and NUS. These scientists have made a mark in the international R&D landscape and are currently pursuing research work here.
