Standard Fee – Each registration includes access to all sessions, proceedings, welcome reception, daily lunches, coffee/tea & the conference dinner banquet.

Student Fee excludes cost of the welcome reception and conference dinner banquet. Students are required to email / fax a student verification letter to the conference secretariat together with the Registration ID. The letter should include:
1) Student name
2) Student matriculation number (student ID)
3) Expiration date
4) University name

IEEE members, IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineers) members, IES (Institution of Engineers, Singapore) members enjoy special rates only when the membership ID are provided at the time of registration.

Each meeting registration entitles a delegate to present up to ONE accepted paper. Additional fee at SGD450/USD300 per paper is payable if you wish to present more than one accepted paper.

Presenting Authors - Please clearly specify paper identification number (s) at the time of registration. This is compulsory and required for scheduling the presentations.

Over length page charge at SGD180/USD120 each is payable if your paper exceeds the five-page limit. No author may exceed eight pages for each paper.

Early bird rate applies for payments received by 16 Sep 2007. After this date, current rate applies and any outstanding payment will be collected during the conference at the time of check-in.

5 to 9 participants: 15%
10 or more participants: 20%

Conditions & Refund Policy

Authors Need Register and Make Payment by 16 September in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.

Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation by non-authors are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal Cancellation Policy: No refund after 31 October.

If withdrawal/cancellation is received before 1 November, an administrative fee of SGD100/USD70 applies.

Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received by the Secretariat Office.

You may make registration payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at no additional fee. Cheques drawn from banks in Singapore are also acceptable. Please mark clearly Registrant’s Name and IEEM 2007 on back of cheque.
- For payment by cashiers’ order, bank draft or telegraphic transfer, there is additional bank charge of SGD60/USD40. This amount must be added to your other payments.
