How to Prepare & Format Your Paper |
|
STEP 1: Complete a properly formatted paper document
Please follow strictly the given IEEM 2007 Paper Template
Note: Standard paper length is 5 pages and no author may exceed 8 pages

STEP 2: Generate your PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpressTM
NOTE: Your PDF file MUST NOT INCLUDE PAPER ID, PAGE NO. & CONFERENCE NAME
The paper must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file must pass the compatibility test in the IEEE PDF eXpressTM. Your paper will not appear in the IEEE Xplore if it fails the compatibility test.
IEEE PDF eXpressTM allows you to convert your Word, LaTeX, or range of other source files into IEEE XploreTM compatible files (preferred option). You may also use PDF eXpress to check your own PDF files for compatibility. |

Click on 'New User' option to create your own IEEE PDF eXpress account.

Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support. |

Proofread the PDF file generated thoroughly. There could be missing symbols, equations, graphs and also errors reported. Please re-prepare the source file and repeat the conversion again. If problem persists, please use the online help provided in the PDF eXpress site |

STEP 3: Submit Final Paper & Copyright Transfer Form

Log into IEEM 2007 Paper Submission System using your user account. Go to “My Papers” to submit your final paper (PDF file). |

If applicable, update your author list, the paper title, your affiliation and the abstract. To update/correct your name and affiliation, you can do your editing at “My Profile”. The final program and conference proceedings will be prepared according to information that you provided here. |

Be sure to email copyright@ieem2007.org a signed copy of your copyright transfer form: download here - IEEE Copyright Form

You may also submit your IEEE Copyright Transfer Form electronically once this service is ready. Upon successful submission of the IEEE Copyright Form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from IEEE with an attached Copyright Receipt (PDF file). |

STEP 4: Register to attend the Conference
As paper acceptance is on condition that at least one author attends the conference to present the paper, kindly ensure author registration by the given deadline (16 September 2007). If the registration is not done and the secretariat does not receive any other instructions from you, it shall be assumed that you wish to withdraw your paper from the conference. REGISTER NOW |
