An
electronic format proceedings will be produced in a single CD-ROM
for both Thin Films 2004 and Nanotech 2004 papers. The CD-ROM proceedings
will be distributed at the time of conference. Subject to peer review,
selected Thin Films papers will be published in "Surface and
Coatings Technology" (Elsevier), and the selected Nanotech
papers will be published in the International Journal of Nanoscience
(World Scientific).
