An electronic format proceedings will be produced in a single CD-ROM for both Thin Films 2004 and Nanotech 2004 papers. The CD-ROM proceedings will be distributed at the time of conference. Subject to peer review, selected Thin Films papers will be published in "Surface and Coatings Technology" (Elsevier), and the selected Nanotech papers will be published in the International Journal of Nanoscience (World Scientific).
