1. Go to View on your IE
browser

2. Select Internet Options
3. Click on the Security
tab
4. Click on Custom Level
5. Scroll down until you
see "Cookies". Enable both "allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "allow per-session cookies (not stored).
6. Click OK, Apply, then OK.

4. Move the slider down to "accept all cookies", as shown below:
6. Click Apply, then OK.
Steps to Cache Settings:
Cache Settings for Netscape 4.0-4.78:1. Click on Edit in the browser and select Preferences
2. Click on the "+" next to the Advanced
3. Click on cache
4. Click on "clear memory cache", then OK
5. Click on "clear disk cache", then OK
6. Select "every time", as shown below:![]()
5. Click OK. Close all the browser's windows, and relaunch the Netscape browser again.
Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 4.0-5.5:1. Go to Tools on your IE browser
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files, then click "OK" as shown below:
4. Click "Settings" under Temporary Internet Files, select "Every visit to the page", then click "OK" as shown below:
5. Click OK. Close all the browser's windows, and relaunch the IE browser again.
Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 6.0:
1. Go to Tools on your IE browser
2. Select Internet Options
3. Click "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files, then click "OK" as shown below:
4. Click "Settings" under Temporary Internet Files, select "Every visit to the page", then click "OK" as shown below:
5. Click OK. Close all the browser's windows, and relaunch the IE browser again.
