- print individual articles from IEEE Xplore®;
- distribute the printed article to an Authorized User; and
- download a document file for personal, non-commercial use.
Authorized Users are (a) persons affiliated with the subscribing insitution as students, faculty or employees; (b) persons physically present in subscribing institution's facilities; or (c) such other persons as IEEE may, at the request of the subscribing institution and in IEEE’s sole discretion, authorize in writing to access IEEE Xplore®.
