What are the pre-installed softwares and plugins?
In addition to the standard tools that come installed with WIN XP, the following are available from the Library PCs.

Where are the Microsoft Office programs and other plugins?
Select > Start button > All Programs > at the to display the MS Office programs that are available.

Can I install and run my programmes in Library PCs?
No changes can be made on the files residing on the hard disk. You may install and run your programmes from the D drive or E drive as long as no system file needs to be amended or replaced.
How to access MS Outlook?
Double click MS Outlook and this message "The name could not be matched¡¬" will appear. Proceed to continue to enter your Win NT ID or username name in the mailbox. Outlook will be launched after the system authenticates your ID. Note: Please note that this setup is not permanent, that is, you will be required to repeat the setup for every login session.
