How to Interact Also Matters: The Effects of Various Contextual Factors on Interactive Digital Media Experience

Younbo Jung is an Assistant Professor and director of the Virtual Interaction Science lab in the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Dr. Jung received his Ph.D. from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California. His research areas include socio-psychological effects of interactive media such as video games, virtual reality, human-robot interaction, especially in the context of education and health intervention programs. Dr. Jung supports interdisciplinary research and has successfully collaborated on many research projects with scholars in computer science, electrical engineering, physical therapy, and social work. In Singapore his interviews have been featured on Channel NewsAsia (CNA) and in articles in the Strait Times.
