The Invention Capital Top Incubation Grant
The terms and conditions for the Top Incubation Grants are as follows:
- Each Incubation Grant is made up of a combination of cash and services: (i) The cash component is to be deposited to a Singapore registered company or business (ACRA) only, (ii) The services include (a) mentorship, (b) fund-raising training, (c) business/entrepreneurship training, (d) general management services and (e) other services to enable an accelerated growth of ACRA.
- Invention Capital will in turn take an equity stake in ACRA, mutually agreeable by ACRA and Invention Capital. The overall stake by the founders will still be greater than 50%.
- In the event that any of the Top Incubation Grant does not materialise after three months of grant, Invention Capital reserved the right to transfer the remaining value of that Grant to any of the other Top Incubation Grant Finalists. Invention Capital reserves the right to grant additional “Top Incubation Grants”, beyond the original three (for example, “Top Incubation Grant IV”).
