1 Dec 2003 - 24 July 2005       : Research associate in School of Materials Science & Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. Worked on reliability of interconnect materials (Stress-induced Voiding).

6 Jan - 20 June 2003             :  Design & thermal simulation work (Microchannel Heat Sink for High Power Laser Diode Array) at DSO National Laboratories during Industrial Attachment.

7 Jan - 11 July 2001              : Research work (characterization of polymeric material) at Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology during Industrial Attachment.
