Hello, I'm Henry. I'm a Computer Engineering student of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, currently pursing my degree. I'm in my fourth year of studies. I've picked up a lot of knowledge from this course and met a lot of lovable friends.

I've a special interest on designing using the computer, for example playing around with Adobe Photoshop, creating webpages and writing simple java programs. I also get hooked on to photogrpahy recently. Being able to capture moments that exist only at the point of time makes photography meaningful. It is also challenging to portray and put across one's point through photographs alone.

So far, I've learnt java programming and C++. We are taught to write write simple java programs and also GUIs. Likewise, I've learnt what micro-controllers are and how to use and program them. I've done a project (DDP) which requried us to develop a line following robot using a micro-controller and some hardware components. Besides, I've learnt about the fundamentals of operating systems, such as what operating systems are, the tasks that the operating systems handle and the processes behind them. Lastly, I've learnt about computer networks and data transmission, namely, the high level process of how data from one computer transmits to another computer at the other end through the internet to the low level process of electrical signals happening inside the cables.
