Research interests

The Research program in our group will integrate organic chemistry, chemical biology, medicinal chemistry and drug delivery. A special emphasis is placed on training and  research in organic synthesis and on the utilization of this expertise in addressing problems of medicinal and biochemical significance.

      1.  New synthetic methodology and synthesis

      2. Chemical tools for biological interest: Aging-associated Alzheimer’s disease is a fatal, progressive dementia for which there is no cure and for which a molecular basis has yet to be established.
