Anil Pathak is on the faculty of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore since 1998. He teaches at the Language and Communication Centre and conducts courses for teaching faculty orgainsed by Centre for Educational Development.

He lives in Singapore with his wife who is a Physics researcher. His daughter is currently studying at Columbia University in  New York.
