Overlay merger

The need and challenges of merging overlays has been described in our IWSOS 2006 paper.
We introduce algorithms specifically for merging P-Grid like trie-structured structurally replicated overlays, and evaluate the merger of two originally distinct P-Grid networks in a SASO 2007 paper.
