  • Mining of Discriminative Patterns: emerging patterns, contrast sets, odds ratio patterns, relative risk patterns, chi-squared patterns, etc.
  • Interaction and Graph Mining: hubs, cliques, bipartites.
  • Classification Methods: PCL, CS4, and DeEPs.
  • Tipping Patterns and Tipping Factors.
  • O-ring theory and double water exclusion hypothesis for binding hot spots (hotspots) at protein interfaces.
