There is no special budget from the School provided for DIP.  Each division has to use its own budget for approved projects under the division.  For purchasing components, supervisors can make petty cash claim if the cost does not exceed $100 in every single receipt. If more than $100 in one receipt, supervisors need to get approval from their HOD.
