From time to time, the School Safety Committee receives invaluable suggestions from staff through the Staff Suggestion Scheme (SSS), and has reviewed these suggestions and incorporated them into safety procedures. The list of suggestions that the Committee has reviewed/adopted/adapted is below: Safety Posters (Use of Fire Fighting Equipment) on the Safety Notice Board To place a Safety Folder containing all safety-related matters into the EEE Website for easy reference by staff To conduct annual Fire-drill Exercise for staff/students working/studying at the School of EEE Briefing by School Safety Committee on ‘Dengue Fever’ and its precautions Yearly First Aid Course To highlight the Safety and Dress Code of the laboratory to all students when they come for their experiments The School Safety Committee thanks all contributors for their feedbacks and suggestions and also for their interests shown to help the School Safety Committee in our endeavour to make EEE a conducive and safe environment for all staff and students.
