Nanyang NanoFabrication Centre (N2FC) is comprised with 2 clean rooms, N2FC Cleanroom 1 (CR1), N2FC Cleanroom 2(CR2) and a MOCVD room outside clean room.

|
CR1 is class 100 clean room - area of 673 sq.m, at S1-B5a-01. CR1 houses tools for 6 inch CMOS line as well as other tools for non-CMOS work.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
CR2 is class 100 and class10 – area of 693 m2, at S2.2-B5-01a.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
The MOCVD room is sited at S1-B3b-16.
|
|
|
|
| |
|
Equipped with complete line of advanced wafer fabrication equipment for the processing of 150mm silicon wafer. |
