Introduction

The Division of Microelectronics has trained numerous highly qualified graduates to electronics/semiconductor industry in Singapore at both undergraduate and graduate level.

Our students are equipped with broad knowledge in common electrical and electronic engineering before taking specialization or doing research in micro/nanoelectronics and photonics.

The Division offers Bachelor of Engineering (full time & part time), Master of Science (by coursework), and Master of Engineering and PhD by research.
