It is basically a scholarship to provide the students with the training to acquire critical skills and capabilities in IC Design.
Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) of Singapore
Non-Singaporeans and non-Singapore PR have to obtain Singapore PR status within one year or such other period permitted in writing from the date of graduation.
Students should already be enrolled in an Eligible Course
Students should be commencing their 3rd year or 4th year study in the Eligible Course conducted by the NTU.
